The following rates apply to both in-person and remote (phone or Telehealth) counseling.

For other plans, I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a receipt of services that you can submit for reimbursement. You may want to verify your coverage for out-of-network psychotherapy services.

If you would like me to consider your insurance plan for inclusion, please let me know.

However, be aware that insurance coverage is not a requirement for counseling. For greater confidentiality and flexibility, some people may prefer to receive counseling services without insurance company involvement. Self-pay and third-payer subsidized clients are welcome. When needed, referrals are available for lower-cost community mental health services.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and/or mental health care will cost. The following is provided for your information:

Payment
Payment is due at time of service, unless other arrangements are made. I accept checks and all major credit cards. I can take cash for in-person appointments.
Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved for you! If it is necessary for you to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the missed session. Cancellations due to illness – if notice is given – will not be penalized.
